Services
Omniscient Systems LLC provides marketing systems and customer management services for small and midsized businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Payment Terms
Services require an upfront setup fee and ongoing monthly retainer as outlined in your service agreement. All fees are due as specified in your contract. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
No Long-Term Contracts
We operate on a month-to-month basis after the initial setup period. You may cancel your monthly service with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to necessary accounts and platforms, and prompt responses to facilitate service delivery. Results depend in part on your engagement and the quality of your existing business operations.
Limitation of Liability
Omniscient Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York County, New York.
